The challenge

WACA is an industry association representing private hire and taxi operators in the UK. They needed a professional website that could serve both as a membership resource for existing members and as a credible public face for the association when dealing with regulators, media and the general public.

Our solution

We designed a structured WordPress website that clearly separates public-facing content from member resources. The public section communicates the association's mission, standards and advocacy work. A membership section outlines the benefits of joining and how to apply. News and updates keep members informed of industry developments.
