The challenge
Taxi Cabs Co had no website and was relying entirely on repeat customers and referrals. The local taxi market was becoming increasingly competitive with ride-hailing apps taking market share, and without a digital presence they were unable to compete for new customers searching online.
Our solution
We built a clean, fast WordPress website with prominent booking options, vehicle fleet information, pricing guidance and service area coverage. The site was mobile-optimised for the predominantly smartphone-using customer base and integrated with Google My Business for local search visibility.
