The challenge
New Moon Cars was relying entirely on word of mouth and printed advertising to attract customers. With no online presence, they were invisible to the growing majority of customers searching for local taxis on Google. Younger customers in particular expected to book online rather than by phone, and the business was losing this demographic to competitors with websites.
Our solution
We developed a clean WordPress website with local SEO as the primary focus. The site features a streamlined online booking form, clear pricing information, a service area map and customer testimonials. On-page SEO was implemented targeting the specific towns and postcodes served, with Google My Business integration to improve local pack visibility.
