Private hire taxi and minibus website for UK-based transport company with online booking system.
The challenge
First Central Hire was operating entirely on phone bookings with no online presence. As customer behaviour shifted to online booking, they were losing market share to competitors offering digital booking options. Their drivers were spending excessive time managing phone calls rather than driving.
Our solution
We built a WordPress website with integrated online booking functionality, clear pricing for key routes, a minibus hire section and airport transfer focus pages. Local SEO was implemented to target their service area, and Google My Business was optimised to increase local pack visibility.
