Call a Car Manchester had built a strong local reputation for taxi services but their social media presence was almost non-existent. Competitors with active social channels were attracting younger customers who discovered and booked taxis through Facebook and Instagram. Without compelling social content and a consistent posting strategy, Call a Car was losing visibility in their own market despite being one of the most established operators in Greater Manchester.

Our solution
