The challenge
Alpha Cars had built a solid reputation as a reliable 24/7 taxi service in Manchester, but their social media presence was almost non-existent with just over 400 followers and minimal engagement. Younger customers were increasingly discovering and booking taxis through social media, and without a consistent content strategy, Alpha Cars was losing visibility to competitors in the Greater Manchester market.
Our solution
We took over full management of Alpha Cars' Facebook presence in 2025, creating a consistent weekly content calendar covering promotional fares, airport transfer offers, app download campaigns and local event tie-ins. Each post was professionally designed on-brand with clear calls-to-action driving app bookings and direct calls. Seasonal campaigns were created around major Manchester events and travel peaks.
