The challenge
248 Halls had an outdated website that failed to communicate the quality of their modern student accommodation. International students in particular struggled to find key information about room types, pricing and the booking process. The site had poor mobile performance and no clear call to action, resulting in low online conversion and heavy reliance on phone enquiries that stretched the admin team.
Our solution
We designed and developed a completely new WordPress website built around the needs of both UK and international students. The site features a clear room type showcase with detailed amenity listings, a streamlined online registration and booking flow integrated with their property management system, a gallery section with high-quality interior photography and a dedicated international students section with translated key information. The site is fully mobile-optimised and loads in under 2 seconds on all devices.
